Insurance
We accept assignment from all PPO insurance plans. Every insurance policy is different, so the actual benefit may vary. Just bring in your insurance card, or call in the information to Christina or Laniece, and we will be happy to verify any insurance benefit you may have. That way we can let you know if and how your insurance company will participate for your care in our office before there is any charge to you.
We are also participating in-network providers for Blue Cross of Idaho, Medicare, BCBS Federal Employee Program, TRIWEST/VA, Idaho Medicaid, and Regence Blue Shield, NiMiPuu Tribal Health.
